It is often commented that we spend more time with co-workers or at school than at home with our family. This is frequently true and most people at some point in their lives will experience difficulties in these areas.
We can work on creating and maintaining effective relationships with coworkers, superiors, teachers, and staff members. It can also be helpful to have advice on handling human relations with subordinates, poor performers, misbehaving employees or supervisors, students, teachers, and parents.
One of the hardest tasks a person has to do in our modern society is to work in groups. An ineffective, poor performing group can cause considerable stress on an employer or school, but it also takes a toll on the individuals. Improving relationships both within and between these groups makes them more effective and improves the lives and productivity of everyone involved.
